We can take your model and info about your machines and write out a program and setup sheet for you.  We have multiple different CAM softwares but if you want us to use yours, we will be more than happy to remote in on an off shift to get it done for you.

We can take your design and create finished parts for you.  We will write the program and run them on our machines.  We will complete the processes you need so that you don't have to.  

We can create your parts and optimize the operation.  We will adjust the writen program for optimal performance and production.  We will then provide the first parts as well as the optimized program and setup instructions.

We can come to your company and provide any manufacturing or design advice.  We can fill in as a temporary machinist/programmer on any shift to increase production and help your company.  We will do what we can to help you succeed. 

We can take your part or print and create balloon prints for inspection sheets.

We can laser engrave to AS478-15B specs for AS9100 compliance.

We have 3d printing capabilities in house to provide plasitic prototype parts or end use parts.  We can print in a variety of plastics to include ABS and PC and CF filled.

I can laser engrave and create professional metal business cards.

We have created custom dog tags, flasks, tumblers, coasters, and copper mule cups.
